A sweet face and textured fleece make Lucy Lamb an extra-cuddly toy for anyone!
 
This is a slightly different lamb toy from my original Fuzzy Lamb, published first in Knit Now magazine, Issue 58. The toy is knitted flat and features simple shaping. The arms, legs and face are worked in stocking stitch while the woolly bits are worked in garter stitch. All pieces are knit flat, then seamed, stuffed, and assembled. Although this toy is slightly different in design from my other smaller toys, most of the clothing items will fit her, if you'd like to knit an outfit for your toy.
 
Materials Required
30 g of natural (MC) and 20 g of grey (CC) DK weight yarn, pair of 3 mm straight knitting needles, polyester stuffing, pair of 9 mm safety eyes or buttons, yarn to embroider face, tapestry needle
